We visited to get a flu shot, but the staff member we encountered was extremely impatient and rude. I simply tried to ask a question, but she reacted unkindly because it was her lunch break—even though she wasn’t eating and was standing at the door. Very disappointing experience.
Very rude, unfriendly and unpleasant at the precsription drop. I couldn't get the vaccine from another pharmacy because my insurance didn't cover it so I called my insurance company and they told me to go to another pharmacy in their network so I went QFC pharmacy in factoria WA. They said I needed to see a doctor for this. I told them that I asked my insurance company and they gave me the wrong information and that's why I came here. Staff is very busy, but are very helpful and kind.
Added after one year later from my last review: they hired a few staff for the pickup desk. The new lady is always greeting with smiles. She is very precious to the place. Every time I go to pick up refills, I get a very unpleasant vibe, especially the front lady. She first said there were no more refills left, so they needed to call my doctor.
