Front-line staff at this emergency are the absolute worst. You have the triage nurses on one side who regularly ignore patients waiting to be served to ensure their useless personal conversations with nurses on the opposite side who take care of the ambo officers is completed before turning around. Seems like high school mentality with the constant gossip and lack of duty of care for the sick and unwell.

I visited this clinic late at night because my acute cystitis had worsened. However, I wasn't called for a long time, and when I checked with the front desk two hours later, I was told that the receptionist had forgotten to submit my urine test. Shouldn't you take a bit more responsibility for patients visiting the emergency room? There was no apology whatsoever. The receptionist was a woman with black hair and glasses.

I am incredibly grateful to the entire QEII Hospital Emergency Department for the wonderful care and compassion I received. A heartfelt thank you to all the doctors, nurses, cleaners, and every staff member working behind the scenes. Every single one of you makes a difference, and your hard work, dedication, and kindness deserve so much appreciation and respect. ❤🙏 Healthcare workers are true heroes, and I cannot thank you enough for everything you do. If I could give zero stars, it would be the same attention you get at that horrible place. What an absolute disgrace! Something needs to change!
