Amazing service by Dominique! We went in to buy some wedding gifts and had multiple questions. She took the time to answer all questions, find correct sizes, and give advice when we needed it. She was friendly and engaging with my preteen daughter which was very refreshing to see. Please take good care of her! We will be back!
I purchased 4 sets of pillow protectors at the Oshawa store. After doing a clean out in my linen closet, I found some brand new sets in my closet. Now I wish to take these ones back for a refund. $81.31 in total. I am a pensioner so every dollar counts. Food/rent/clothes/etc are all pricy these days. So annoyed I can't get my refund. I hope others read this before shopping at the QE HOME stores. Don't do like I did. Let the friendly staff persuade me these cases are so good. The price is so good. These will last and last.
