Just received my final reminder to why I stopped eating at this location. Cheap skate owner yet again skimping big time on the meat portions. Not to mention $17.04 for three skimpy tacos and a beverage. No thank you, never this location again.
The cashier here tried to add a 15% tip onto my bill without checking first. Thankfully we were able to stop him but just beware, he tried to tap the 15% button for me when paying with a credit card.
I work at the mall, and discovered there’s a QDoba location here! I’ve been here a couple times and I wish to continue getting food here but the service is so rude 💔. They roll their eyes when I request more options (cus I like to have a lot of different components in my bowls, not just 2 toppings maybe 4!) and when it gets toward the end of making my order they make deep sighs, rolling their eyes. I’ve visited this Qdoba location (Mall of America) a handful of times, but today was the breaking point. The portion sizes are incredibly inconsistent. I watched the person in front of me receive a full bowl, yet I was served the bottom-of-the-pan scraps for the same price. It’s frustrating to pay for a full meal and receive half the value due to poor customer service and a lack of effort from the staff. I love this restaurant. If you’re deaf, be careful they are not deaf friendly. They will not write things down. I asked for double chicken and the person there didn’t know how to communicate to me that double chicken is extra price. Duh I know that, add the chicken! However the food is good, just not great customer service.
