Never had it, was on a family trip so we gave it a go, glad we did because it is amazing. Food was ready when I got there early, was hot when we got it back to our room, everything was correct and delicious.
PSA!!!! I have been to this QDOBA countless times before, and haven't had an issue until tonight. First off we live relatively close by and when we got home, our food was cold. Which was never the case prior. After we got home, we realized that our 3 Cheese Queso Nachos had NO meat. Which essentially for us was only Queso, Shredded Cheese, and Sour Cream. Woman claiming “GM” was very rude and took out her frustration on me and my food. Mind you I go to Brady St. location and those workers can handle a simple rush, no need to take out your lack of professionalism on me. I called up there and recall her actions and see if there’s something that could be done to which she responds with “I’m not going to argue with you” and hung up. When in reality, if you just did your job professionally you wouldn’t have to argue w your customers.
Have been coming in there a lot, after today I will not come back. Manager there today was very disrespectful and rude to the customers. When it was my turn up, she made my order like crap and did not care.
