Playing loud Bluetooth speaker music in back kitchen area. The guac spoon makes more than half of the guac get stuck and not transfer on to your plate. I asked for a full scope and The lady serving me didn’t speak English and then asked the manager in Spanish , the manager had an attitude and said she had to charge me for that. Once again went to a Qdoba and ordered a bowl with half chicken half steak. The lady taking my order (had a black shirt on. The manager perhaps?) said I had to pick one. That they could no longer do that because the workers did not know how to portion a half correctly. Ironically, this had occurred at a different location with a different answer (see picture). Food was good but the service was terrible. Barely any word was uttered the the guy making the food. Plus no cups for water (have to buy a drink if you only want water)
