It has been several years since my last visit to Qdoba. It appears that the establishment prepares a substantial quantity of protein and stores it in containers, which is beneficial for expediting service. However, a drawback is that the protein tends to be dry, cold, and lacking in flavor. The guacamole was discolored and appeared unappetizing.
