Very poor customer service when order was wrong, very disappointing
I really hope the owner sees this and takes it serious because this location is terrible. It’s ran down, it’s a mess every time I go in, the food has no taste anymore(I’m not being dramatic) it literally taste like nothing, the employees are very unprofessional, the lady was slopping my food in my bowl like the cafeteria ladies do in the movies and she literally had a death stare looking at me, it made me feel very awkward/uncomfortable asking her to put food in my bowl… like I was being an inconvenience. Its qdoba... you either love it or hate it. This location, i have mixed feelings about. We have times that we feel welcomed and alot of the time we get a vibe of, take it and go. On numerous occasions ive wanted to sit down and eat but the condition of the dining room made me turn around and leave. If the fron of the house is a mess... it speaks for the back of the house!
My go to place better than Chipotle! The habanero chili lime steak slaps!
Great place to eat, great portions and great staff . Loved it.
