They messed up the order - the bag had bowls in it with other customer's names on them, but was in a bag with the correct name on the outside. The food is mid.
the only good thing i can say is the owner or manager opened our door for us as we came inside. i come to qdoba so frequently and this location i will never come back to. i was ignored the whole time, genuinely felt like nobody was even paying attention. the first blonde teenager would ask me what i wanted (while having a whole conversation and doing other things besides make my bowl) with no eye contact so i didn’t even know she was trying to speak to me, and when i told her what i wanted she read back the complete opposite... read more
Foods amazing its in credible at all qdobas I've been to but what got me on this one is the service was very scrappy im pretty sure the ignored half of what we want but we just walked out shaking our heads
The staff were very kind, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food tasted great, and the cleanliness of the establishment was better than at Chipotle.
They let you pay for a drink, but fail to mention that other than tea, or water, there are no soft drinks in the machine. No ice either. The brown rice was scraped out of the bottom of the tray, dry and hard. We like Qdoba, but this location needs attention.
