I’ve always enjoyed the food at Qdoba. It’s flavorful, fresh, and usually a good value. Lately, though, I’ve noticed a big difference depending on who prepares your order. It looks like they have a new assistant manager, and unfortunately, she has been very stingy with portions. I walked in, asked for a single bowl with an extra bowl underneath and then said that I wanted double everything including the meat Lucas got an attitude and refused to help me meanwhile, you have a employee in the line laughing at everything Lucas is doing and then Another employee came over and took over my order with no complaints or attitude and was apologizing for Lucas behavior. They have nothing on the northwest location every time I come here the food is dry. How is it dry with queso? How am I paying $11 for a big bowl getting a portion of a mini bowl
The girl helping was rushing it through. She also gave small portions compared to other times I've been there. The dude at the cash register was awesome. So friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean.
