When we arrived, the woman who came to start my order didn't even greet us and had an attitude. As I'm ordering, I ask for extra rice, am told it's extra for that (NEVER have I been charged or told I was being charged for another scoop of rice), I asked for extra steak, again, I'm told it's extra and again I've NEVER been told it's extra. Slow and 3.50 for a reg soda...come on!!!
The service was terrible, most of the salsas and sauces needed to be restocked the portion sizes I got weren't even a full scoop like they normally are, and the lady making my bowl was very unfriendly. My friend had asked for the chipotle sauce and she had to run to the back to restock it, which took way too long, while other employees are just standing around literally doing absolutely nothing... when she got back she put the chipotle sauce in my bowl even though I didn't ask for it and had offered to remake it and I agreed... read more
