I always come to this restaurant because I like the food; I'm a frequent customer. But today I had a terrible experience with this man. He's so rude to customers and has no idea how to provide good customer service. On top of that, he keeps touching his hair while serving food, even though he has to follow hygiene rules. The food was good overall, but the person that made it needs to relax. There's no need to passive aggressively dump salsa water on my food because I asked for a little extra potatoes. If eye rolls made sound I would now have tinnitus. I worked in the food industry for almost a decade. I know how much waste there is at the end of the night for places like this. So calm down. Andres (I believe is his name) the manager who was not wearing a name tag, was very rude to me because I asked him a question. I knew I had to order a drink with my meal but the way he shrubbed his shoulders and told me oh well it’s just a drink and tried to be sarcastic about it saying it’s only $.50 more loudly was very unprofessional.
