Visited a QDOBA for the first time today. The wife and I split a birria quesadilla and some chips and queso. For a fast casual restaurant the food was very good. The woman at the counter could’ve been a tad more friendly, but she did a good job putting together our order. The place wasn’t busy on a Sunday afternoon, but there are like 500 restaurants in the immediate areas (three others in the same small strip center), that it’s pretty understandable. 11:48am I was the only person in line. Waited 15 minutes to even have someone acknowledge me. Then proceeded to order a mean with guacamole only to be told they don’t have any made and it will be awhile before it is. How do you run out of guac at lunch time?
