Unlike a certain chain, this restaurant loads your bowl up till they have to squeeze the lid on. Staff is extremely well mannered and asks questions down the line. Love it! Great addition to Mechanicsville!!
My husband and I are regulars here since it opened early this year. We were initially very impressed with the service and food. The branch manager was very attentive and talked with us during numerous visits and the employees were friendly and smiling. Unfortunately, over the past couple months the service has gone downhill.
