This is not better than Chipotle and Chipotle sucks so...
Half scoops of protein and then charge almost $20 for a bowl with hardly anything in it. Very mediocre. Will not be returning
The wife and I enjoy coming here for lunch. We usually get the bowl and the food is great. Always good, never disappointing. Service is average, wouldn't say they go out of their way for you but I have never had a bad experience. I doubt you will be disappointed here.
