Placed an order in their new app. Never delivered. Never even picked up by a driver! No one called to let us know. We could have picked up! Very unprofessional. The store said they had ton of orders coming in and no drivers. I suppose we will all get refunded one day. Great way to run a business! Update: We went to pick up the order an hour later and there’s 4 delivery guys hanging outside on bicycles!!! But they won’t deliver (paid delivery fee, digital convenience fee AND 20% tip)
