Water St Qdoba is my go to Qdoba, I go there probably more than I should. Their service is always great, but today it was exceptional. I accidentally ordered to the wrong store online for pickup. Instead of making me go to that store, they graciously made me my order fresh and didn't even charge me for it. Genuinely exceptional service for a mistake that I made. I will continue to happily patron this Qdoba branch. Thank you to Ally and Becky at Water St Qdoba for great service.
This store is always friendly and helpful. The staff, Gloria, DeMarcus, Becky, Jimmy, all had smiles and seemed to really want to help people. I can't think of a single time I have been to this store where the staff has not been attentive, polite and knowledgeable.
