Workers have been rude the entire 3 years I've lived in this neighborhood. Sometimes, I have a good experience here but that's usually due to the manager.. but overall the nonchalant/reluctant attitude and lack of acknowledgement regardless of if you order online or wait in store, is crazy. Customers in the neighborhood are also ....odd.
You know what it is and you know what to do. Staff has always been great!! Floors were very slippery though. Be careful.
I ordered a catering order but needed it an earlier time than expected. I called and talked to Reese at the Oakland Ave. location was very professional, helpful and efficient at getting the order ready for me to pick up early. The food was a great, packaged nicely, utensils and bowls included, everything we needed for a great staff lunch. Highly recommend this location for catered food with quality and professional staff.
