This place gets a four star because the people who work here and the cleanliness of the location deserves all the applause. Never had a bad experience at this location. BUT, Qdoba’s pricing on the other hand is something else. As a vegetarian eating out seems to be a crime these days. $12 for a bowl with rice, beans, corn, cheese and sour cream? Really? Remember the days of $6/$7 bowls? Basic food shouldn’t cost this much. I don’t think I’ll be revisiting Qdoba anymore until I start hearing that prices are crashing down.
Poor customer service and advertising. It was free burrito day, you get a free burrito with entree and drink. I ordered my entree and drink, then went back in line a couple minutes later to claim my free burrito. The team refused to make one for me 😭
Stopped by this Qdoba recently and honestly had a really good experience. The staff was super nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The food was fresh, the portions were good, and everything was made exactly how I wanted it. You can tell the team there actually cares about what they’re doing and about the customers. The place was also clean and the service was quick even though it was a little busy. I’d definitely come back again.
