I ordered a bowl about an hour ago and then I went home to open it up because I was saving it for later and I found a bug in my bowl, when I called to complain, the people on the phone were being extremely rude and when the manager got to the phone, I asked for their name and all they said was you’re speaking to the manager and then I proceeded to tell him I found a bug in my bowl and he just said OK and hung up in my Face.
