Night Manger Lorenzo was very professional and patient. There was an incident with an irate customer in which he handled tactfuly to attempt to descalate the situation, despite the customer and their partner throwing things at him. No one should have to deal with this. The staff dealt with the situation with the authorities . They continued to clean up the store and kept serving customers despite the ordeal that took place. Again amazing team! This location does not skimp on the portions.
Ms.Thai at the bottom of my review doesn’t have a clue of what she’s talking about. That Lorenzo guy was being unprofessional and difficult , he didn’t let the woman get her food for her two kids cuz it wasn’t made like a kids meal so “he say” (even tho it was made in little bowls ) so since he didn’t let her get the food the lady said well you can take it and just make the bowl like the kids meal and I’ll pay for it , he then said “we can’t just be wasting food” as if he’s not going to give her anything basically, so she go... read more
Wow...talk about bad behavior. Ordered online...quick and easy...go to pick it up and there was an argument from the employee to a customer wanting to beat the customer up. My driver left feeling unsafe so I didnt get my order. Which is understandable. They wouldnt let me cancel my order due to being an online order. Manager said Call customer service I dont care what you tell them click...okay
Best staff ! Clean restaurant and they are fast !!!
