One of the better Qdobas I've been to. Fast fresh and friendly.
If I could give this place a -10 I would very rude customer service in this place. We asked a simple question and it became a problem was purchasing a chicken bowl asked for three more pieces of meat and it became an issue in the store the young lady walked away and said nothing since she did not want to tolerate the issue. The young man who is the manager who said he was the manager, then proceeds to help us with a very negative attitude that I was ridiculing the young lady or harassing her for three pieces of meat. The worst location I’ve ever patronized!!!! Staff is EXTREMELY rude! I requested more of all of the ingredients and was denied it in a very rude tone and yelled at as well. How can they treat someone like this?! I asked for chips with my food which should be free but they tried to charge me for it so I told them no chips. Beans were hard, rice hard, crunchy veggies, spoonful of food. I left in tears. I have social anxiety and this made me cry in my car. I will NEVER EVER be back!
