New servers are poorly trained and not good at communicating with customers. The service is now much slower, incorrect ingredients, and wrong pricing.
I was at QDOBA Herndon on 2025-09-13, I ordered Three Cheese Nachos with extra black beans and extra pico, the cashier Estaphania, couldn’t speak English and wanted me to pay $17 for the nachos. I’m a regular at Qdoba, and generally pay $11 and some cents. I added the exact same order in Qdoba app and showed her the checkout total she still didn’t update my check. I asked for a manager and then she just refused to serve me, very disappointed in Qdoba
La comida te digo es mil veces mejor que la de chipotle (en mi opinion) y la verdad es rápido si lo que pides es un bowl oh burrito
I asked for a tiny bit of more queso because she gave me a very very meager serving, and she started saying oh even if I put one more drop it’s gonna be double price. Not coming to this Qdoba again.
Sealed some of items 20mins before the closing time and refused to serve them.
