I came in tonight around 8pm. When I came in I ordered a couple items. One of the burritos the lady barely put stuff in. The other burrito she wrapped in a ball and it had torn on the side and she didn’t care. The queso barely had queso in the cup after she grabbed a new container of queso. I do have photos which they are not letting me upload. I like how you respond and take down my case number so I can’t see my case number or the email to email you guys about it..

I normally would come in here every week and always had the best experience, but, for the last month or so, it’s really gone downhill. I miss the old cook that knew what he was doing. Getting rid of him was their downfall. I get food poisoning the last few times we’ve been in there, even my kids have gotten sick. You lost a customer for life that was a loyal customer. Go to Chipotle if you have a chance
Don't know what happened to the last cook but ever since he's been gone I feel that the food has been downhill
