Juan at Qdoba provided outstanding customer service today. Very respectful, professional, and attentive the entire time. You can tell he’s a strong supervisor who leads by example and keeps things running smoothly. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Qdoba. Keep up the great work, Juan!
They need more staff on Sunday afternoon. Only saw 2 -- 1 in the kitchen and 1 taking our family's order while at the same time filling call-in and online orders. It was not the best experience for us.
I come here very often, and today was absolutely ridiculous. They open at 10:30 AM and were not ready for customers until almost 10:45AM. The person taking the orders did the two people in front of me which took them forever. And then instead of coming to me and asking me my order after I'd been standing there for at least five minutes proceeded to do other things. As if I was invisible and not standing there. I left without even being acknowledged. Very rude and poor professionalism.
The worker Kiara went above and beyond. Thank you for the pleasant experience. Food was amazing. I will definitely be back SOON
Walked in the store was super empty and only had one work the food did not look fresh like the one up in flint i chose not to buy food and walked back out of there very disappointed
