I went this afternoon around 12:30 pm and I can honestly say, I have been to this location at least 5 times this month buying multiple bowls and even went twice in one day, also sent a couple of my friends to this location including my sister who come all the way from Chicago to order food. However when I went today to purchase two bowls the portion size that they gave me was terrible. This young man named jamir was really helpful helping me picking what i wanted since it was my first time trying qdoba and he took his time helping me when i went yesterday.
Maybe it was just this qdoba but they were just really out of order here. Like maybe they just had a big rush while it was thunderstorming outside, but there was a lot of problems when I stopped there. They didn't have regular bowl lids, they were out of napkins, the type of meat I wanted wasn't cooked and they didn't offer a time when it would be ready, every thing I wanted needed to be restocked (cheese, pico, rice, chips). I had one of the most wonderful experiences there! I felt like such a nuisance because I was going back back-and-forth about whether I wanted a refund or not. For context, I was picking up an order for a pregnant friend and trying to navigate their cravings as well as a busy staff. My manager was very nice, even threw in a cookie, she’s very understanding, even though I was confusing her! If you’re willing to wait for quality food, then you’ll have the best meal ever!
