First time at QDOBA food was very tasty
Got Qdoba via UberEats. Food was fine, but chips smelled rancid like paint fumes or something. Change your damn oil! Quality slipping as price continues to go up. Used to love it here, but I'm done.
Visited this Qdoba on a Saturday late evening with only 2 customers joined after I entered. The place was quiet as if it was closed. The staff did greet and changed gloves and assisted in taking the order. I ordered a veggie burrito, and the order was taken fast and quickly prepared. I couldn't tell if I would visit this location again.
I ordered lunch with specific instructions for two separate orders but not only did they completely mix it up by adding the ingredients of one order to the order, it's as though whomever made the order was counting the protein and decided I was not worth more than 3/4pieces. That's horrible customer service and completely outrageous. And to be specific, this was on 9/5/2025 around lunch time. My eating experience was completely ruined to say the least.
