The worker who put my food together, was not friendly and made it seem like I was a burden ordering my food. When I first walked up to the counter, I told her that I have three orders. She asked what the orders were (Kids quesadilla, bowl, and burrito), and she immediately said “ Of course, none of them are the same” with a sigh. The manager and only one staff have been working every Friday at this Qdoba on Newburgh and 6 mile every Friday from 4 o’clock to close by themselves. The manager was polite but you can tell she was tired and exhausted. I appreciated the customer service that was given to us. This location needs more staff and help.

Very disappointed with my experience. I went in around 6:00 PM to order food, and the restaurant's posted hours showed they were open until 10:00 PM. However, I was told they would not take my order because they were only accepting online orders for the rest of the evening. If you're open and serving food, customers who come in during business hours should be able to place an order. It was frustrating to make the trip only to be turned away despite arriving well before closing time.
