Tried to pick up food at the Plymouth location on Cinco de mayo and no one was in line at the time we came in about 6:45. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes and like 5 workers never noticed us. I finally asked if they were going to wait on us and they told us they had to do the online orders first. I saw at least a dozen more tickets taped to the counter so I told them we were going somewhere else to eat and didn't hear a peep from anyone. The only reason for the 2 stars were the employees. Warm greetings and kindness. The food looked liked it had it sat out all day and tasted like it.
Charles was on his own, huge rush Helped us all with a smile and great attitude!
