Food was tasty, and filling. Do not forget the queso, it makes everything much better!
Very clean and friendly staff, the food was solid and I would say it's one of the better Qdobas that I have been to.
The lady at the checkout didnt ask me any questions. She tried to ring up my total before I mentioned I wanted chips. I was also planning on buying a drink and she finished the transaction without a single word spoken to me. I cant give it a bad rating because the rest of the staff was nice and the food is great. I just wish I wasnt practically forced away and ultimately you lost money on a potential add on sale.
Horrible customer service at Qdoba in Madison. For the past two weeks, DOC has been hosting a training for employees, and each employee was given a $15 meal comp to use at participating restaurants. Unfortunately, my recent experiences at Qdoba have been terrible. The first visit, my burrito tortilla had a huge hole in it before any toppings were even added.
