SHOUT OUT TO MARIA!!! I had an experience at Qdoba that really stood out, and it was entirely because of Maria. The store was extremely busy due to a 2 for 1 special, and the line was packed. On top of that, several customers were being rude and impatient, which made the situation for her even harder. Despite all of that, Maria remained calm, kind, and professional the entire time. Get a burrito bowl made anyway you like.
Went there and started ordering. Was informed out of rice and queso. Said 10 minute wait so we waited. Several others waiting and more people coming in as dinner rush. 10 mins go by and told to wait another 10 mins. We left and so did many other customers waiting. I should have stopped at another Qdoba I drove by to get to this one. Staff seemed to not care at all.
Maria made my experience Great today. I will spread the word and let everyone know to come here.
