I placed an online order for pickup and arrived to find my food already bagged and sitting behind the counter. I stood there while the employee served five customers in a row without so much as making eye contact or saying “I’ll be right with you.” I get that it’s lunch rush, but when I finally spoke up and said my order was ready and sitting right there, I was told to wait, and then watched her ring up several more people ahead of me. I loved the food choices. But especially their meat was better quality than Chipotle. Atmosphere was cheerful and relaxing.
