Acts like you’re stealing if they can’t understand your name. Asked me the name, asked the last name, asked me to recite the order, then shoved the tag in my face saying THAT YOU? Placed an online order, waited in line, was told not to wait in line and to jump ahead, then made to wait in line again -anyway. Every interaction I saw between staff and other guests was equally rude. Genuinely no idea why anyone comes here at all.
Not quite sure whose teaching the burrito rolling/folding technique but it leaves something to be desired. I'm starting to not he able to taste the difference between the protein options, either, which are terribly small on the portion sizing. This isn't the Qdoba of the past. Not a fan of what's happening at the corporate level as it seems to be trickling down.
Every time I come to this location I am thoroughly disappointed. I'm not even sure why I continue to do it but today will be my last time. Every time I order a burrito I get brown rice specifically because it does not contain cilantro in it AND every time there is cilantro in my burrito. Today was the usual (cilantro) but the icing on the cake was my order of chips and queso. What a mess of managers you have at night in this restaurant I'm waiting in line while Mr. Cecilio attends and the manager and another employee walk around with headphones one cooking and the manager cleaning while the employee Cecilio attends us because I have 25 minutes here and if that's garbage it's Yesus because they still have it here it's not the first time it passes my daughter has come repeatedly for food because we like the food here but the service is horrible at night always the handler with headphones always tal... read more
