I placed an online order. My order was paid for and I had confirmation. The employee had no record of it! I reordered inside and at 5pm they were out of guacamole and pico! I am in contact with customer service
Horrible experience, lazy, and extremely rude.
For over 50 dollars I expect better service and quality of food. Why is half my burrito in the bag wide open and cold. Missing sauces and second bag of chips with queso as well as the cheese crust not on my quesadilla. Worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had period.
Normally, we like visiting this location on Diebold Rd. Even though they are typically a bit slow, and sometimes a bit stingy with their ingredients, their food has always been pretty good. Yesterday things went south. There were literally no cars in the parking lot, and no one standing at the counter being waited on, but we stood waiting to give our order for close to 10 minutes.
