Very disappointing service. The employee who helped me was rude. She left me waiting to do other things, and when I asked what other options were available, she looked annoyed and didn’t explain anything. I had to guess what was offered. She completely ruined my Qdoba experience. I prefer Chipotle 100%.

Usual Qdoba atmosphere, usual Qdoba food, but wow, not a single one of those employees wanted to be there, and they were making every customer know it with their attitudes. From being incredibly snippy and rude when not knowing exactly what someone wanted, to not paying attention to each other when passing food down the line, to being on a call on their airpods. All the staff are so mean to me every time I visit. It's been almost years since I was a familiar and good customer here with my family once a week, but now I am deciding not to go there anymore because of how they treat me every time. We pay for what we eat. They do what they like, not what your needs are.

The mini bowl with citrus lime shrimp is my wife’s favorite. The steak quesadilla is mine. Sadly, we don’t have Qdoba in Hawaii.
