Really skimpy on portions at this location. I got hardly any meat and when I asked for more guac because they put almost none on I was told it would be extra. I paid almost $12 for a bowl that was 3/4 rice and beans.
Drive thru is ALWAYS closed. Double protein is barely a scoop. The food tastes great, it’s everything else about this location.
Foods good, just wish it was a bit hotter in temperature. Staff were not around, then only 1 person was available and our food sat there getting cold till the other person showed up. Which really was not good customer service.
Latina lady in a blue shirt gave me 4 chicken pieces in my bowl. I asked for a little more and she said she would charge me extra. She filled up the scooper about 1/2 full. She also gave me way too much rice (about 2 scoops) and it was very unproportional to the protein. Her service was terrible too, gave me and my friend attitude and acted annoyed.
