I last came here 4 years ago, and didn’t have the greatest experience. Yesterday afternoon I decided to give qdoba another chance. I ordered a couple of chicken burrito bowls to go and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the portions! My husband and I both had enough food for two days. Didn’t have to ask for extra rice, like I usually do elsewhere. The rice was very hard like uncooked hard. Queso was pre portioned in advance and was already separating with a layer of clear liquid on top. Brought to staffs attention after first bite. Staff very unfriendly claimed they were the managers and refused to fix the issue or refund our food.

Avoid this location. 4 of the last 5 times I've stopped here in the last few months I've had rude and unwelcoming employees that put 0 effort into putting food together. Very recklessly slapping food onto the tortilla and seemingly intentionally shorting on protein. I spoke with the manager, only him to come off very insincere about his apology and his promise to improve his staff.
