I have tried this location five times since I moved to the area in April. I have yet to have a positive experience. The food quality keeps diminishing along with the portions. The staff are rude and act like you’re an inconvenience to wait on. I waited to write this review and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that everyone has off nights. Turns out this location just doesn’t want my business. If I was the owner or investor I would clean house with the staff. I will wait until the Chipotle opens up.
Edit 11/12/25 I am officially done with Qdoba and will no longer eat here. I've had little issues here and there from this place but nothing like today's frustration. Today I put in a mobile order that the app forced me to put in as a guest after it refreshed over and over and would never allow me to log in. After putting in the order and walking inside of the location I was met with confusion because nobody knew anything about my order.
