Qdoba sent a promotion to my phone. I decided to stop by to take advantage of this one day only promo. I asked the server if my order qualified and was told yes. The manager told me while I was checking out that I would have to pay extra for the promo item. It did not matter to him that his server thought that it was free and that it appeared to be free based upon the advertisement. He chose to set the side out of a side since I was not willing to pay extra for it. The manager does not understand Customer Service.

I have a gluten allergy and asked for a glove change. The female employee was so on top of things and protected my food. We always have a positive experience coming here.
