Awful place. I always order on the app and 9/10 I have to wait 20-30 minutes after they tell me on the app when my food will be ready. I asked for a refund today and the older brunette lady told me she doesn't know how to do a refund. So many workers just standing there doing nothing, especially when the place is busy. I don't understand the point of ordering on the app if I constantly have to wait. The workers are a bunch of lollygaggers and it's a complete waste of time to go there
