Made the mistake of doing an online order only to get home and realize I have one singular piece of brisket in my bowl and it’s half filled And upon further inspection it’s a chewy and inedible chunk of brisket.

The pickup was done right on time and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The issue is in the food itself. I got the double protein bowl, and my wife got the citrus lime shrimp bowl. The double protein bowl had a much larger serving of beans and veggies than you would expect compared to the chicken. The real issue was the texture of the chicken.
