With franchises like Qdoba, service makes or breaks the experience. I’ve frequented this place as a pit stop from Grand Rapids to “up north” for years. Today on a white-out snowy travel day where highway is slowed to 30 mph, our infant needed a warm bottle. We had a bottle with half frozen milk and only needed to warm it. Asked for a cup of warm water from the sink to set the bottle in. They turned me away saying it was against code. I explained it wouldn’t be ingested and would just be a warmer. They refused. Honestly this place is a great place if you want good mexican food, i love that they have a bar like subway to pick your own food toppings.
