I come here a lot and there's one guy who is super friendly and helpful, I wish I remembered his name. When he's here it's great but when he or anyone else is here with the woman who i believe is the manager everyone seems like they're having a terrible time at work. Last time she was rushing and putting down my friendly guy today she was criticizing what seemed like a newer employee when he was was trying to get things right and be helpful. Would be better if they actually opened at 10:30 like their sign says. It's 10:35 and I'm still standing out in the heat waiting to be let in
This is what im paying $12 for? A burrito that has so little in it she folded it small enough to fit in my palm. What the heck happened to qdoba, used to love this place.
Great staff and would go here instead of Chipotle anytime. However, there are frequent issues with them understaffing for catering orders, which causes them to open late or halt orders after already being opened. If you're not a regular and don't go here in the am hours, then it's 5-star all the way.
