Ordered online. Had to wait 36 minutes past my promised time for my food. When it finally arrived, it was missing the guac, queso, and sour cream that I'd ordered. Beyond disappointing. This is why I stopped going to Chipotle. Update: I wrote the customer care email address that the business referenced below three days ago and have yet to hear anything back. Considering just issuing a charge back to my credit card and never going back.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. If there was anything that I needed Tasha was very helpful. Also, the food was great.
