I tried. I swear I did. I've ordered food from here four times (McCordsville, Indiana store) Today was the fourth and last. Nevermind the other three poor experiences. This last one was the worst of all. I ordered the Surf and Turf bowl with some items. The first thing I noticed is the shrimp looked boiled like a cocktail shrimp. In no way was this sauteed. This location is one of my favorites. I love that there is a drive through. My food is always good and customer service has been great.
I’m never using their drive though again. I ordered online for an easy pick up at the window. When I got there no one was at the window so I waited patiently until someone came. It was about two minutes but they were busy so I didn’t mind at first. A employee came to the window and asked my name I gave it and he left. About a minute later he came back and asked if my order was under ___ name. I corrected him and he left again. A few minutes later a different employee came and asked what my order’s name was.
