We needed someone to help us replace a rotten casement window that we wanted to still match the other windows in our great room. Most contractors wanted to charge us to order all new windows which seemed like a waste and a huge investment. We finally got referred to QC General who helped us problem solve this situation and find and order the unique window. Their install crew made it all come together perfectly! Problem solved! Thanks QC General! You worked a miracle!
QC General was very professional, from the time they came out to give us a bid, until completion of the project. They were extremely patient as we fought our insurance company to get everything covered. We are pleased with our new roof, siding, gutters, and skylights! Total professionalism and should we need any other projects done, we will definitely be giving them a call. Thanks Andy and crew!
Ok I need to give a big shout out to my friend Andy Qcgeneral Love. About a month ago I was on vacation and received a call from my neighbor saying that the storm the night before had straight line winds and took almost half the shingles off my roof. So needless to say I was upset n didn't know what to do, so I called Andy and asked if he could do me a favor and with in the hour he had my roof tarped to save from any further damage inside. I really like my new replacement windows. The crew was respectful,friendly& talented. They did a nice job on the install & trimming. They cleaned up very well.I'm impressed.

Can't say enough good about QC General - we recently had a big window project, and not only did they do a fantastic job on the installation - you would have never known they were there - cleaned up every speck of debris from the install!! So professional, and even helped on a door problem they noticed when going in and out of that door (to work on the window). Truly above and beyond service!
QcGeneral replaced a basement window of ours and did a fantastic job! Andy and his team provided a competitive quote on a quality window and were very timely and professional when they came to our home.
