We have recently used QCGeneral for an addition to our business and they did a phenomenal job, the whole crew were prompt, professional. We are very pleased.
It is with unfortunate news that he is not friendly and is very disrespectful towards to me. I use sign language interpreter to make a call to request his service, he hung up on me three times and called me a scammer even after I tried to explain about using sign language interpreter. He was bluntly rude and does not deserve to do business for me when I needed help. Andy is very insensitive to cultural differences and refuse to work with me.
QCGeneral did a quality job installing a roof for us. I could not recommend the more. They are very good to do business with.
I had leaks from another roofer and I found QC General in the yellow pages. I called Andy and he sent his guys out to fix the other contractor work. I have other home improvements down the road and I will have him do it. I would recommend Andy to my friends and family. Thank you Andy
Got an original quote from him about 15,000 outside of our budget, was told it would take 6 months to do a room addition. Spoke with him again told him it was out of budget - he told us to knock off X amount of dollars for him to build it to the drywall. I emailed him & asked for a quote for the foundation/framing/tying into the house in January - never got a response. QCGeneral worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted for my laundry room. It looks great and I love it.
Andy converted part of or garage into a bedroom and gave us basement access. It looks amazing!! We definitely recommend him!
