Fantastic family jeweler I cannot recommend enough. Fantastic selection and quality, but where they stand above the rest is their customer service. Since I first walked in they treated me like Iv been a decades old customer. I made the mistake of purchasing my finances engagement ring from another jeweler before I was aware of QCB. Amazing experience great customer service and super reasonably priced. QCB made a custom ring for me and the process was so smooth and exciting. I’m looking forward to customizing all of my jewelry with them and Craig was super helpful in helping me decide what worked for me.
My favorite place to get custom jewelry made. Craig is amazing and always has such great ideas. The work is impeccable. Plus as a bonus Chip the doggy is always keeping everyone company.
I recently just purchased an engagement ring from Craig and he was an absolutely a pleasure to work with from start to finish. When I picked up the ring and opened up the box to see it I was astounded on the quality of workmanship and how beautiful the piece came out for my fiancé.
