I hired Qcare because late reviews are Kudzu and Yelp are awesome, so I wanted to give them a review in google to change that image, because they were FABOULOS !! These guys great! I hired them to clean my home prior to moving and they did a fantastic job. The cleaning team was very polite and thorough. They finished earlier than I anticipated. I will definitely use them again!
I hired QCare to clean our house before we moved in last year. They charge by the hour when other companies charge by the job, but they assured me the job shouldn't take more than two hours, which seemed reasonable for a small townhouse. They sent two cleaners and I was in and out of the house running errands while they worked. I can only image they did absolutely nothing while I wasn't there, because at the end of two hours they had barely cleaned one floor, and poorly at that. I am a former employee- terrible company, they hire just about anybody whose desperate enough for a job- they lie, and when it comes to running a business ive never experienced worse from a "boss." All this company cares about- is their profit. Not their customers and CERTAINLY not their employees.
I had some heirloom family rugs that needed special care and cleaning. Within 10 days (during snomagedon) they thoroughly cleaned and delivered them to my home for the price quoted- reasonable. I had forgotten how really beautiful the colors were under the years of grime- thank you guys. I recommend them without hesitation and will call them again. Lori
