Responded and followed up, very professional. In the end the are a car sales company who wants to sell cars for the most they can make.
Michael is really knowledgeable in regards to Hondas, helpful, courteous, straight forward, honest, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I would purchase another car with him any time and highly recommend this dealership.
