I’ve enjoyed a wonderful surprise in the improvement of mobility and reduction of pain in my knees and back since deciding to try QC Kinetics! I highly recommend the program. I had shoulder arthritis and could not move my shoulder much. I now have 90% improvements in my pain as nd mobility.
