Having visited many clinics, I must admit that Brenda makes the experience at QC Kinetix in West Palm Beach exceptional. Always happy, nice, and very useful with inquiries and scheduling, she is. She treats you like family, not a patient. To be honest, her enthusiasm defines the entire clinic, and that optimism turned my trips into ones I anticipated.
Regenerative medicine made me anxious, but from day one, Irene and Dr. Fernandez made me feel safe and supported. Starting with Plasma Therapy, then A2M and PRP, the changes in my shoulder discomfort have been absolutely incredible. While Joselline was quiet, soothing, Alicia was extremely gentle and reassuring. Brenda at the front desk always made me feel like family, and Jaime's organization ensured everything seamless. Best team ever!
