Very rude customer service representative.
Very poor service and response time. My home had water damage in July and I’m still dealing with getting payment for my loss items and repairs. Every time I call my rep she talks to me like it’s our first time speaking. I’ve had to resend her documents and photos numerous times because she deletes them. I spoke to a supervisor about it and told him to give me a new rep and said he would but never did. Now when I call him he sends me to voicemail. I had a renter's insurance policy with them. I called to cancel it as I moved out over a month ago. The lady tried telling me I had to hand write a letter to cancel. It wasn't until I told her I'm a licensed agent and I did not sign anything that said I was required to write a letter to cancel, so if that's the way it was going to be then I'd just call back on a recorded line and sue them if they continued withdrawing premiums from my account. I was then transered to an agent that cancelled the policy for me. They're scammer... read more
