Really bad experience. Closed the gate in front of me when I was saying goodbye to my family without any call. Obviously few minutes before the scheduled time. Cancelled all my other flight to totally destroyed my day. Rude and not working correctly.
I find a lot of the times I fly domestic the flight is delayed last minute and I am stuck waiting at airport for half a day.
It delayed two times halfway to our destination.
Very poor service from the Qantas ground staff at COFFS Harbour air port The girl was super rude and shouldn’t work in any form of Hospitality, I will never fly Qantas again because of her poor service and bad attitude. Her service skills need an up grade, There is no need to be rude
