Lovely coffee shop offering strong coffee and chai (not Indian style). The space is well decorated and the staff are friendly. The drinks are delicious! I also like they are open late hours so people have a place to hang out that is not related to alcohol. Free Wi-Fi and a good spot to stop by to hang with friends or get some work done. They do have some non-dairy options but not the whole menu.
Slow service. I ordered online, took 10 minutes to get there, had to wait another 20. For $60 for four drinks and four pastries, you can invest in appropriate containers. The condensation from the cups literally turned the drink carrier into a soggy mess spilling coffee all over! From whar I had left, it was decent but was too disappointed to really enjoy. With how expensive it is, will probably not be back
We had a great experience. The manager made some suggestions after I told things that I like. He was patient and ordered for me which ended up being phenomenal. I can't wait to try the Skokie location
