Decided to stop in and work for a bit yesterday and I’m so glad I did. My first time trying and absolutely loved the Yemeni latte the girl suggested! I got to sample the Adeni chai which smelt amazing and was so creamy! The owner/staff were amazing! This will be a regular for me, for sure. Thank you for your hospitality
Terrible customer service. I came in just to order a coffee, and the girl wearing a square scarf on her head was incredibly rude and dismissive for no reason. A simple order shouldn’t come with that kind of attitude. If you’re working with customers, basic respect and professionalism should be the bare minimum. Very disappointing experience.
Use extreme caution with to go coffee. While removing the lid to stir my coffee and allow it to cool a bit, the coffee spilled over onto my thumb and I received a second degree burn the length of my thumb.
Qahwa House catered tea and coffee for our event, and they did an amazing job ! The drinks were delicious, beautifully presented, and our guests absolutely loved them. From the communication leading up to the event to the actual service, the team was so kind, professional, and accommodating. We truly appreciate them being part of our special day and would definitely recommend Qahwa House for any event!
